Tuesday June 29th - Whale Watching

I saw a Grey Whale off the beach today, it was so beautiful and peaceful.

Monday June 28th - New week, new flowers

I have not had any fresh flowers in the house for a while and decided to buy these gorgeous Lilly`s for Jacks spot.

I love when we can start eating stuff out of the garden and this week has been the first week of this so we are very happy! I guess the potatoes like all the bad weather we have been having :)

Wednesday June 23rd - The view from here

When I went to the Dr. today I have lost five pounds and it my partly my 5K walks I have been taking three times a week. I am always happy when I get to this part of my walk, it is such a great view. One day I am hoping to see a whale or a dolphin out there.

What I found Owen doing in the dark when the lights are out for nap time and he is supposed to be sleeping! I am not even sure when he found the fleece toque.

Monday June 21st - The First Day of Summer!

I thought about this a lot today, but I just did not have a lot of inspiration to take a really good photo! I felt like it was a lot of pressure - the first photo. I got some good ones yesterday from our Fathers Day fishing trip, but that was yesterday and not today!

Haha .. I am just writing this and my amazing husband brought me something to take photos of! These are definitely something that brightens the day and perfect for the first day of summer.

Summer 2010

Starting on Monday June 21st I am going to start this new blog - sort of a days of summer blog, and when it is finished I am going to print it to make a book for me to remember this summer. This summer will be hard for me, just as the past 7 months have been becuase I am feeling like I am waiting to get pregnant and at the same time grieving my little guy and what has happened to us. I am going to find something gorgeous, beautiful or just plain cute (Owen) to make me smile everyday and post it here. I need to start looking at all the beauty out there - and taking the time to capture it!
